Women Care International Foundation Liberia (WCIF) is a charitable, humanitarian and non-profit organization founded to cater to the needs of women, young girls and children in Liberia. WCIF was originally founded in Atlanta, GA in 1998 by Cllr Rosemarie Banks James. It will create opportunities for women and children in Liberia and assist them to develop and improve their lives for a better and rewarding future. Our programs provide vocational, computer, business and leadership training for women and girls to enable them to become independent and self-sufficient. WCIF helps to provide opportunities for women to excel in leadership and political positions. By improving their lives, women and girls can more easily escape poverty and exploitation and reach out to others in their communities.
